Hello, I am a user of the professional system, I have a couple of issues, first of all is there any way of customising the ticket form - front end view i.e, add/remove certain fields etc? also, I have tried to make the url via a sub domain and I am getting licence errors can you please assist with this?

The license only allows one domain to be used. We can add the subdomain if you are using it for the same Group-Office installation. Please send us an e-mail with the subdomain in that case.

Nice work, Carlos. Is this module definitively into the modules pool in Group-Office yet? Is it even ported to english?

The module is simply not showing up in the latest release from the free version of groupoffice.

I can't speak for Intermesh on this but I don't think this will be released with GO as they have their own in the Pro version. I looked at the version from Intermesh and it is really nice, I plan to try this one out as well.

Best as I can tell this will not work with the latest version of GO Community and I am unsure if the developer of this module is still responding to messages on here.
