The Scanbox module allows you to handle documents from a scanner. The scanbox checks a user folder every minute. You can configure the scanner to save files in the scanbox folder of the user. When a new file arrives you can choose from the following actions:
- E-mail the file
- Link the file to a contact, company project etc.
- Save the file
Installation
Install the module at Start menu -> Modules -> Install
The scanbox will scan the following folder:
/home/groupoffice/scanbox/<USERNAME>/
Configure the scanner or any other device to put the files in that location.
